About Craft Coop
Craft Coop is a collective of local craft producers and designers — founded in Maidenhead, Berkshire more than ten years ago — that gives its members the opportunity to sell their products directly to consumers.
We have an established shop in Maidenhead and sister stores in the Eden Centre, High Wycombe, the Square in Camberley, and Windsor Yards in Windsor.
As a Community Interest Company we support over 150 local artisans and designers. We also aid town centre rejuvenation by using otherwise empty shops. We turn these into a vibrant community hub through workshops and activities with local charities and community groups.
Craft Coop sells the items in the shop as an agent for the individual artist/craftsperson: over 80% of the money from your purchase goes straight back to the maker.
Over the last five years Craft Coop has received a number of awards for its activities and the quality of the work it offers.
We have put together this website as an alternative online store so that our many loyal customers can continue to support our wonderful crafters, even when our shops are closed. The range of products is currently limited, but use the contact form to get in touch if there is something particular you are looking for.
